EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Exchange, return, and refund of apparel goods are allowed should the item be defected or not as ordered. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached. Customers must notify MAHALI customer service of the defective item within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Consumed goods cannot be returned nor refunded.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of any order should be placed within 1 hour of purchase. Payments made online will be refunded to the bank account used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that the amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges if any.

SHIPPING

To provide you with a supreme level of quality and service throughout your shopping journey, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order and details within minutes of placing your order.

Apparel Items Shipping:

Items would be sent to MAHALI headquarters from the boutiques for quality checks before being sent out to you. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days in the UAE.

Consumed Goods Shipping:

For consumed goods, it is best to place the food orders 2-3 days in advance of your requested delivery date and time (which can be noted in the additional notes section upon checkout).

Consumed goods shipping fees are at AED 45 per vendor to all Emirates.
