REGISTRATION TERMS ON MAHALI

 

To register as a seller on MAHALI and open your own store, you must agree and comply to the following registration terms:

  • Registration is applicable for sellers in the United Arab Emirates only
  • To launch your own store on Mahali website and application, a membership fee should be paid upon registration
  1. Silver Membership: Monthly (minimum 3 months): AED 180 per month
  2. Gold Membership: 6-Month: AED 170 per month
  3. Platinum Membership: 12-Month Membership: AED 150 per month
  • Membership packages may be updated in the future without prior warning to sellers
  • Membership fees are non-refundable
  • The sale of illegal, unsafe or other prohibited products in the United Arab Emirates is strictly prohibited
  • Description and images of the products are true and the same that is sold to the customers
  • Seller holds full responsibility in the event of a product complaint made by a customer. MAHALI is not responsible for any complaints received
  • In the event of a product being defected or damaged, the seller is obliged to return the amount to the customer, and handle reshipping.
  • Seller is to ensure the product is correct and in excellent quality before shipping out
  • The seller must be obliged to schedule delivery of the product to MAHALI headquarter same day order is received through MAHALI’s courier partner (for apparel items only)
  • Seller is to prepare orders by the date and time customer requests and to schedule for delivery through MAHALI courier partner (for consumed goods only)
  • Seller is to follow hygienic food guidelines when preparing consumed goods
  • Seller is to manage the shop and keep up to date in regards to quantity, new items description and prices
  • Seller is not allowed to contact clients directly. Should there be any communication needed, it must go through MAHALI customer service
  • The seller must inform MAHALI management (via Whatsapp) a week in advance for their orders income and to provide management with the bank account for the money transfer
  • MAHALI management has the right to suspend sellers account in case of terms violation or non-compliance with the said terms
